Deb Concannon has lived and worked in the Pyrenees Orientales since 2003.
Having found tradesmen for her own projects and helped neighbours, and fellow British ex-pats, to find services it became apparent that there was a strong local need for professional help in property management, thus Debeneur was born.
Having listened to what people want, Deb is happy to lend a helping hand before or after extra house guests, mowing a lawn in your absence, checking on your property after a heavy rainfall/snow or providing a full changover service.
As owner/proprietress of Debeneur she promises an efficient and reliable service.
Let me make your holiday more relaxing , I can take care of your end of stay chores
I would highly recommend Deborah. It was very easy to communicate via email which was important for me, as I had to arrange something in France from New York.
I sent her to clean an apartment for me, she was very reliable, did a great job and the people living in the apartment were very happy with the service. I would definitely use her service again

Ille sur Têt
Deborah has been handling changeovers and carrying out 'caretaking' duties for us on our holiday home in Ille Sur Tet for the past 2 years and has been a godsend.
In addition to changeovers, she has helped us with a number of maintenance issues, sourcing excellent local tradesman securing good prices for works to be carried out. Deborah goes out of her way to keep an eye on the property when it is empty, often popping by on her way into town. Also, when occupied by guests, she ensures that she introduces herself and that all is OK for them.
Would highly recommend her services to anyone.
Deb has always managed to fit us in at short notice so far, although I do not intend to always do that to her!
The house is always brilliant when we arrive - it is so nice not to have to worry about how we are going to find it after having the builders in. It is also a great relief to be able to entrust her with the keys, just in case someone needs letting in, or there is a problem which we are unable to deal with without making a specific trip out there.
